Culture and benefits at Prodigy Analytics

The culture is a key aspect of what makes us unique and successful. Much of our work tends to be collaborative, and involves input from a variety of fields and specialties. Our aim when bringing on new team members is to look for individuals that have a diverse skill set, but are specialized in a particular field. In this way they can provide input and engage with the various aspects of our business, while still offering expertise in their given field. We encourage all team members to take chances and experiment, without fear of failure. In fact we celebrate failure; not for the sake of failure itself, but rather, because we want to encourage our team to take risks and see what they are capable of creating without the worry of reprimand should it not work out. As a result, we feel that this allows employees the greatest opportunity to create something remarkable, and doesn't limit them. Our meetings are professional, but welcoming and inclusive. We generally go through the current tasks at hand, our timeline, highlight achievements and progress, and then open it up to the floor. We try at all times to strike a balance between offering strong leadership and guidance, while still allowing each team member to have a voice.
