The ConsentCheq service is a SaaS privacy technology that facilitates the complex interactions between users (data subjects) and enterprises (data controllers), as required by new privacy regulations around the world. With a single integration, an enterprise can achieve full "notice and consent" compliance with GDPR, COPPA (US), CCPA (California, US), LGPD (Brazil) and ePrivacy (Pending-EU).

These new regulations require users to be given a clear explanation of why their private data is being collected, who it will be shared with, how long it will be kept. Before any data can be gathered, the user must give their consent in an affirmative way, and that consent must be logged and checked every time the data is processed. In addition users must be provided with a simple way to exercise any of the rights given under the law - right to portability (known as SAR), to correct the data, to revoke consent for some or all uses, and the right to be forgotten.
