PRIOjet trusts and supports the people who join the company. Personally, I come from a corporate background and have experience in the technical field and in management consulting, which are the experiences that brought me to the team and are highly valued here. From my past I am used to cumbersome corporate processes and the thinking that goes with it. You won't find that at PRIOjet. I see it as a pleasure and an opportunity to work for a company that fosters unique characters and their creativity. The company supports us in what one does and wants to achieve, as long as the activity is within the scope of our role. The company values transparency and trust and not only gives you the opportunity to explore what you can do for our clients with the resources at your disposal, but also shows you what is going on in and around the company. You will learn a lot, especially if the industry is new to you. For me, that was true of logistics and the startup ecosystem. The way PRIOjet works as a startup is very dynamic. We have a common goal, mission and vision that guides everything we do as a team. We are open to each other and have shared values that shape the way we work and think. And because we are a small growing company, the contributions of individual employees are more important. In short, I can say that people are at the center of everything we do: customers and employees alike.
