We believe in relational transparency, collective input, and work/life balance to the highest degree. We know that people work to live, and so do we. It has never been more apparent that the labor movement (as much media attention as it is getting today) deserves a grassroots jumpstart in the form of a product-rich, loyal brand for workers. We believe empowerment is a stepwise function, in which true, passionate collective action can only be achieved by empowering workers incrementally with more and more advanced and collective tools to use at their disposal in the workplace.
