Praxno Technologies is building the foundation for accountable AI. We are developing PraxnoCore, an architecture that brings governance, traceability, and auditability to large language models. Our work is at the intersection of systems engineering, AI infrastructure, and cognitive science. We are currently looking for technical co-founders and senior engineers who can help design and build the first working prototype using off-the-shelf components. Ideal candidates are experienced builders who enjoy working closely with the architecture and solving complex system problems. You should be fluent in backend or systems engineering and comfortable with LLM frameworks, vector databases, agent orchestration, and governance or evaluation layers. Experience with Python, LangChain, FastAPI, or distributed systems is a plus. We value precision, clarity, and self-direction. You will work directly with the founder to translate the architecture into a functioning product and shape the technical roadmap from the ground up. Remote work is possible, but proximity to California is preferred for early collaboration.
