As stated by the Quality Manager, Mr. Zwolinski, at Valtronic – May 26, 2015: "Practical QMS was hired as a Quality Engineer Consultant to assist our Quality Department in preparing for a major customer FDA/ISO 13485 audit in February 2015. PQMS was on site from December 2, 2014, to February 28, 2015. They worked on corrective action reports from previous audits, conducted root cause analysis, updated quality manual procedures, and wrote work instructions. Additionally, PQMS led meetings with department heads and key subordinates to resolve issues effectively. As a result of PQMS's assistance and our employees' hard work, we are pleased to report that there were no hits, major or minor, found during this week's audit . . . rare! PQMS's demonstrated abilities include regulatory comprehension, big picture conceptualization, systems integration, and detailed project planning and execution."
