Health, dental, vision

Currently, for US-based employees only. Individuals in Canada and Mexico receive a stipend to cover these costs.

Home office stipend

$2,000 for a home-office setup PLUS a new computer on top of that!

Parental leave

We strongly encourage primary-caregiver parents to take 3 months and non-primary-caregiver parents to take 6 weeks of paid time off after a birth or adoption. We also support taking off additional time after you return as needed.

Fully remote

We are passionate about remote work. Period.

And people are strongly encouraged to use it!

Retreats

Meeting in real life is super important! We try and get together on a team basis as often as we can, but it is never required for people who do not feel comfortable traveling!
