• Expansion of existing accounts through a deep understanding of customer needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and consistently delivering value to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration with the Sales team to convert trial users into long-term clients, establishing a consistent stream of paid trials and successful conversions.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and solidify our market presence, primarily focusing on acquiring new logos.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing SaaS contracts with senior executives in B2B companies.

• Develop and execute a strategic account management plan focused on the Japanese market to expand and maintain our customer base.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical issues (data-related, API, etc.), in coordination with Customer Success and Product teams.

• Significant growth in top-of-funnel metrics and organic traffic through effective SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Consistent generation of high-quality leads with improved MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, contributing directly to revenue targets.

• Develop and execute a strategic account management plan focused on the Japanese market to expand and maintain our customer base.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical issues (data-related, API, etc.), in coordination with Customer Success and Product teams.

• Develop and deploy machine learning models from initial research to production, ensuring scalability and performance in live environments.
• Own the end-to-end ML pipeline, including data processing, model development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
