PonyPal allows users to connect with friends and family an their own speed. In our ultra-connected world, it seems many people feel frustrated, even overwhelmed, by social media, disingenuous online profiles and the "insta-communication" required by social media platforms as well as with email and text messaging. Social requirements for specific timeframe responses can be difficult to manage and as the world gets busier, many loose contact with those they'd like to stay in touch with. Additionally, while ecards have done wonders for people “virtually” sending gifts, they also could be perfected to become more personal. By creating an engaging, personal, and creative platform for users to stay in contact with others over longer agreed upon time frames, we believe PonyPal can create a more ideal platform for messaging and so much more, with all the convenience of being on the cell phone.
