Pom Health's vision is to redesign the healthcare system around food. We're starting by building a nutrition care platform that leverages AI, content, and dietitian services to bring the joys of food into patient care.

There are 130M+ Americans who are managing a chronic condition related to diet (diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, autoimmune, etc.)
- 75% of American adults are overweight or are obese
- 75% of American adults have some heart-related condition
- 50% of American adults have diabetes or prediabetes
- 8% of American adults have an autoimmune condition (IBD, Hashimoto’s, Crohn’s, etc.)

These diet-related chronic conditions represent 85% of our direct healthcare spend. Clearly we’re facing a nutrition crisis in this country as our healthcare system continues to ride a hamster wheel of growing spend and growing costs.
