What we Offer: - We’ve adopted a PERMANENT work from anywhere (WFA) policy. - Each employee receives an annual WFA Spending Account to support our team's equipment of choice, furniture, and home office setup needs. - 4 Day Work Week. This is our famous ‘Someday Experiment’. This is our strategy to make space for all your personal goals you hope to achieve ‘someday’ by making that ‘someday’ a TODAY. We provide - Fridays for everyone to invest in themselves on your Someday projects outside of work. - Profit-Sharing: each employee participates in a profit share plan which is designed to reward effectiveness and efficiency in our business. - Our MINIMUM VACATION policy is 4 weeks per year.
