Pluto is self managed. What does that mean? Management isn't consolidated in "higher" roles who control "lower" ones. We’re all equally responsible for finding the best way we can contribute to our purpose. Then we get advice and follow through. It requires flexibility, personal accountability, and constantly learning new things along the way. But does it mean we’re structureless? Not at all. Even though we’re self-driven, we still need ways to effectively operate as a whole.
