Culture and benefits at Pluto

At Pluto we believe in the power of coming together a few times a week to meet in person and work collaboratively in person. However we understand this doesn't work for everyone so we have a Hybrid setup where we try to meet in person two or three times a week only. Every employee gets a WeWork all access card, meaning you can work from any WeWork around the world. You may want to choose the one closest to you on some days or just work from home. We are flexible when it comes to work hours, as we understand everyone has different schedules. The founding team try to do most of their work early in the day so we can have our evenings to recharge. We are on a huge mission to fix homeownership, and we work very hard to try to make it happen. This might mean long hours on some days, but we also offer unlimited holiday days to recover and recharge.
