We’re looking for a Bilingual (English + French) Payroll and Bookkeeping Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day and period end bookkeeping needs as well as payroll administration and processing. • In collaboration with our Product Development team, give direct, in-depth support to customers installing, upgrading, and using our products
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the environments where Plotly customers deploy and use our products (on premise, AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Managing employment tax compliance requirements across all jurisdictions (Canada, US, UK, Germany)
• Ensuring accuracy of all payroll data, such as, benefits forms, expense reimbursements, deductions

• Answer customer questions related to product usage
• Lead customer python debugging/investigation sessions live with clients

• Plan and execute a content strategy to optimize performance for organic and paid search
• Write and publish content for Plotly’s blog, website, and collateral like white papers and user stories

• Develop the core functionality of Plotly's enterprise products, with a particular focus on application management and scalability.
• Develop Kubernetes operators (Golang & Kubebuilder).

• Improve the functionality and UX of the Dash Workspace and IDE. Our core workspace experience includes code editors, Jupyter notebooks, visual layout designers, and visual chart controls.
• Help define and execute a roadmap to make our solutions performant and scalable

• Ideation - Develop new ideas for product features in the near and long term
• Pitch Development - Develop ideas into well-defined product specifications (“pitches”) that can be delivered to an engineering team
