Plext careers

Plext is a community based messaging app that allows users to communicate anonymously based on their license plate number. Plext users help each other solve common parked car problems. If a user sees a parked car with the lights on, they can send a message to that plate number, helping the vehicle owner avoid a common problem. Perhaps it's begun to rain and you've forgotten your sunroof is open. A fellow Plext user would be able to send you a message alerting you of the situation. There are dozens of consumer end uses for Plext. Our users find new ones everyday.

Plext for business helps parking enforcement officers, trucking fleets and tow trucks get in touch with vehicle owners, for a small monthly subscription fee. We aim to replace "hows my driving" 800 numbers on trucks, while simultaneously making life easier for people when they get ticketed or involuntarily towed. Towing companies and municipalities can send alerts to vehicle owners and receive payments from them too.
