PlaySpring is an initiative in the education sector. An eclectic group of people from diverse backgrounds with a combined experience of 50+ years have put their heads together to create a high precision curriculum module which contributes to the integral development of the whole child. Our team includes researchers in the field of math, language arts, philosophy, and psychology; experienced school leaders who worked with schools like Rishi Valley and Shriram School; Teach for India fellows; and IIM Graduates. Our vision is to create curated learning environments with effective stimulus, incorporate play using educational toys into regular curriculum, and form informed facilitators to reduce the widened gap between the way students are taught and the way they need to be taught – in terms of both the scale and the intensity. We aspire to achieve this by setting up ‘play labs’ in schools across the country. We are a young, passionate team working on a tough but huge opportunity. We believe, we are living in a time of urgency where education sector has to revamp its method and content to produce children with high adaptability and extreme level of innovation. We firmly believe in empowering schools through our initiatives, which enables them to create leaders and thinkers for the future.
