Jobs at PlayMakers

There are over 125,000 contributions made by players for a game like Overwatch: 3D models of characters, new animations, new weapons, environments, UI rework... Yet, all this value is wasted today. Studios are not implementing fans' work; Playmakers infrastructure is built to handle user-generated contributions proposals, validation, and implementation. We reward contributors fairly and transparently through the distribution of an ecosystem token, which is designed to capture value as the PlayMakers community grows and games get traction. We believe we can change the way games are created by leveraging user-generated content.
