Playbook is an edutainment platform that activates the power of storytelling and shared experiences to prepare women to tackle their pain points to growth through masterclasses broken down into lessons in English & Arabic led by inspirationally influential women who shattered the glass ceiling. The platform enables users to setup custom profiles, identify their skills & career goals, engage with 1000+ classes on diverse categories of interest (especially emerging professions), network with a community to crowdsource solutions to further address their pain points, immerse themselves in a gamified experience with learning goals & progress trackers. All of this is further enabled through engaged digital learning tools. Enormous under-representation in 133 emerging careers will displace women in the future workforce as they lack access to funding and representatives- role models, professional learning communities, support networks and mentorship. Unequal participation in the labor market results in an opportunity cost of $28 trillion from the Global Annual GDP. Our solution to this problem is by introducing Playbook into the world, where women can gain knowledge by storytelling from influencing and inspirational women from around the world, crowdsourcing solutions and getting access to mentorship opportunities as well as a network.
