Our cornerstone product is a smartphone/tablet app called Plan-it MedⓇ (PIM), available in the iTunes store. PIM provides tailored reminders for medications, appointments, and labs. It also provides daily education that can be dynamically modified to respond to a patient's needs and clinical condition. It is supported by a backend system that provides reports to clinicians and 3rd party clients. This system is powered by a rewards platform that provides coupons/discounts for retail purchases and has the potential to be connected with telemed services.
