Look, we are a small early-stage company. We have done our seed round of about 700k. We are a team of 3 people (CEO, Technical Director, and Crebhan - Sales, Marketing and everything else). We have used a contractor (a mate) to build out our MVP - it's been done well and we have onboarded the worlds biggest Pharma company and we have one or two more to onboard in the next few months. We are making money. What we are doing is interesting, and you will have a major say in the direction it goes. Tom and I are industry veterans of the Pharma and Oil & Gas space - we know how to build and sell this. We need a lead dev, growing into a VP of Eng and CTO. Our customers are the biggest pharma companies in the world. Our investors are pharma experts. We take what we do seriously, but we have a laugh along the way. We are reasonable and balanced people. We are a startup, but we feel we walk the line between organisation and creativity well. You will have the tools, support and say to create value in this company, and you will share in its success.
