At Pixii, Monte gave me ownership to go and build something big, even as a college student. I felt I could execute. My opinion was valued, for example if I found a better way to do something, I could just do it. No need to ask permission. I built a Slack bot that designs social media posts. I built analytics. I also built V1 of a listing grader, a popular marketing tool at Pixii.
