Pixie Interactive is a start-up to its very core and our culture reflects it. We enforce a lax and flexible management style, trusting in the qualifications and competence of our team members. We work 100% remote, meeting just for annual team-building exercises. Team members are provided with all the hardware they need and a budget to set up their home office. This offers us great flexibility in schedules, working hours and international availability. We employ the use of buffer hours to ensure a smooth workflow but otherwise allow our team to set their own working hours as long as the work delivered is of the high, uncompromising quality, Pixie Interactive demands of its products.
