People at Pisco
Before founding Pisco, I represented some of the world’s largest hardware component manufacturers in the Bay Area, working with companies like ChargePoint, Lumentum, DoorDash Labs, and a range of innovative startups. No matter the size, one pattern stood out: managing and finding components was frustratingly difficult. The available tools in place felt like they hadn’t evolved in decades and were built for a different era. I knew there had to be a better way. After leaving that role, I spent hundreds of hours talking to hardware engineers, supply chain teams, and component engineers to validate that hypothesis. Those conversations led to the founding of Pisco. Our mission is simple: bring clarity, speed, and intelligence to a critical part of hardware development that’s long been underserved.
