Who are we Curious: We are seekers, unafraid to make mistakes, learn from them and go again into ambiguity to solve a problem in search of impactful challenges. Collaborative: We embrace the diversity of opinion. We welcome new ideas based on their merit, even if they defy commonly held norms. Community: We are a shared space where dreamers and doers from different backgrounds can come together and work on exciting challenges. Pirat3 is a way of doing things that focuses on bringing out the best in everyone, our three pillars of culture are over and beyond nice sounding value statements. This is the DNA, the behaviour and skills that represent every person in our DAO. Culture is not static, it is dynamic and we want to keep improving our culture as we go.
