• Own the integration and test strategy, from early verification planning through unit acceptance, vehicle integration, environmental test, launch site operations, and flight readiness.
• Define the verification and test philosophy: test-like-you-fly, qualification versus protoflight versus acceptance levels, and test coverage mapped to requirements.

• Own the vehicle and mission architecture, from concept definition through design, integration, test, qualification, and flight operations.
• Define the mission and concept of operations with the founders and customers: mission phases, orbits and trajectories, operating modes, and interactions with the ground segment.

• Own the supply chain for flight and ground hardware, from early sourcing strategy through new product introduction, production, delivery, and sustaining support.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with suppliers for critical components — machined and fabricated parts, castings and forgings, composites, propulsion components, PCBs and assemblies, harnesses, and procured flight units — and own the risk they carry to the program.

• Own the RF and EMC architecture, from early design through development, integration, test, qualification, and flight operations.
• Own end-to-end link design: frequency planning, link budgets, modulation and coding trades, data rate and margin analysis, and coverage across every mission phase.

• Own the IT and security architecture, from initial build-out through compliance readiness, assessment, and continuous monitoring as the company scales.
• Lead the CMMC 2.0 Level 2 program: scoping, gap assessment against the 110 requirements of NIST SP 800-171, the System Security Plan, POA&Ms, the SPRS score and annual affirmations, and readiness for a C3PAO or DIBCAC assessment whenever customers or contracts require one.

• Own the structural architecture of flight-grade hardware, from concept through detailed design, prototyping, qualification, integration, and flight.
• Lead the design of primary and secondary structures, joints, structural interfaces, and mechanism support structure optimized for launch loads, vacuum, vibration, shock, thermal cycling, and microgravity.

• Own the GNC architecture for autonomous rendezvous, proximity operations, and related mission phases, from early design through simulation, testing, integration, and flight.
• Lead the development of guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for approach, stationkeeping, proximity maneuvers, aborts, collision avoidance, and other safety-critical maneuvers.

• Own the flight software architecture, from early design through development, integration, test, qualification, and flight operations.
• Lead development of real-time embedded flight software: board support packages, bootloaders, device drivers, RTOS configuration, scheduling, and inter-task communication.
