PikMyKid is a comprehensive school safety system that ensures student safety & increases teacher efficiency while engaging over 85% of the parents & reducing traffic around schools. Main features include- dismissal automation, parent communication, liability mitigation, Safety Panic Button, and Anonymous TipLine. PikMyKid is currently in all 50 states and 7 different countries with over 1,250,000 users. PikMyKid connects schools, teachers, and parents through real-time tools to make dismissals safer and more efficient and also help them with emergency preparedness. Schools subscribe to PikMyKid for a small annual fee which they are able to subsidize through insurance discounts, fundraising on the app and local DOTs.  PikMyKid brings all aspects of student safety & emergency preparedness under one platform.

Once a school comes on board, PikMykid defines a virtual ‘geofence’ of approx 200 yds around the school. During dismissal, the PikMyKid system automatically identifies parents as they are entering the ‘geofence’ and sequences cars so the school staff can prepare students for dismissal in an orderly manner. All students stay safe and warm indoors during dismissal without interfering with the traffic outside. PikMyKid also triggers real-time alerts to parents when their children get in a car, school bus or leave campus to walk home.
