All websites that handle billions' of users, function under the same basic principle. They attract users by offering free services, and allowing them to get familiar with their platform and then start monetizing their success.

Picocent.com is a crowdfunding platform that offers small incentives in the form of Picocents (a subdivision of a dollar and not a new currency) generated through ads , to allow users to engage and get to know the awesome world of crowdfunding.

In practice
The user confirms interest in the project by donating picocents, sharing the project with friends and / or funding the project with own money.
