Supporting our trade-in program, we have accounts teams and processing facilities on 3 continents and support teams working 24 hours a day to help you whenever and wherever. We believe that to create a truly great trade-in service, we need to listen to our customers and strive to provide solutions with simple software, lean operations and insanely great support.

A distinguishing factor of Phobio is that we're experts in all of the areas that make up our trade-in service. We've built our own software tools for pricing, inventory, disposition and sales; we manage our own international disposition channels, and we've deliberately designed every process in-between.
