Our mission is to generate $100,000,000 in donations to high-impact organizations, and our team members believe in the power of using business as a force for good. We recognize that high-performance teams may require a non-traditional, asymmetric approach to business - think Patagonia as a model. We seek to get into highly creative flow states whenever possible, so work habits center around that objective. Less status meetings, no standing meetings, more creative, targeted work sessions when required, with just the right people. We don't track hours or paid time off - we are professionals and are results oriented.
