We will offer lobbying services to the public, and an avenue from which they can crowd source these services and choose what issues we will represent.

This means we will have researchers, lawyers, and lobbyists (to name a few) on our payroll, so that we can find the information, draft the legislature, and promote the causes the public wish to be represented. It's the same structure big business uses to promote themselves.

By introducing competition to the lobbying industry, we will lessen the effect corporate money has on politics and, because we are a Benefit corporation, increase the transparency of Washington. We also hope to reach the level where our community is able to draft their own legislation. A true democracy.

While we feel confident in our ability to put good people to good use, to structure and maintain a business, we could use some help in the technology department.
