Pharos Production careers

Pharos Production Inc. builds custom software for startups and enterprises, with headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, and an engineering office in Kyiv, Ukraine. Founded in July 2013, our company has 93 employees as of September 2026.

Our engineering work spans AI agents, FinTech platforms and Web3 applications. We develop LLM integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and workflow automation; payment infrastructure, banking software and KYC/AML workflows; smart contracts, decentralized applications and digital asset platforms.

Projects move from discovery and architecture through proof of concept, MVP development and production delivery. Dedicated engineering teams cover backend and frontend development, mobile apps, UI/UX, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security testing and ongoing support.

Founder and CTO Dr. Dmytro Nasyrov holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and lectures at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. His technical leadership connects AI research with distributed systems and financial software engineering.

Engineers collaborate directly with clients, document architectural decisions and demonstrate working software in weekly demos.
