With Pettle, businesses can manage client databases, bookings, billing, inventory, payments, and marketing in one place, saving hours every week and reducing costly inefficiencies.

From there, we extend into the pet parent side with digital Pet IDs and a companion app. Through a unique B2B2C approach, pet parents are onboarded seamlessly by their service providers. This ensures their pet’s profile is already complete with medical, booking, and care history—unlocking a digitised experience from day one.

The Pet ID sits at the centre of our vision: a unified, secure data layer for the pet industry. This enables better decisions for service providers, easier care for pet parents, and powerful, hyper-targeted marketing opportunities for brands.
