• Own and continuously elevate engineering standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices across Electronics, Electrical, Firmware (non-connected), and Mechanical Engineering disciplines.
• Serve as the technical authority for hardware and mechanical development, setting quality, reliability, and manufacturability expectations across PetSafe’s connected and non-connected consumer product portfolio.

• Lead the end-of-the-end delivery of mobile features and releases, ensuring high quality, performance, reliability, and strong customer experience.
• Own mobile engineering standards across architecture, code quality, security, and maintainability; establish best practices for cross-platform development (Flutter/React Native).

• Deep experience with connected hardware / IoT consumer products.
• Has shipped a hardware product end-to-end (not just an app that talks to hardware). Comfortable designing for setup, pairing, connectivity states, firmware updates.

• Lead end-to-end coordination of Costco roadshow programs, managing all timelines and cross-functional deliverables from planning through execution
• Own packaging forecasting to ensure sufficient inventory is available ahead of roadshow windows
