We're fully remote and support flexible timings. Work from wherever you want to! We have people who start work at 8 pm and we have people who start work at 9 am, we just want the job done! We encourage everyone to take a day off every week! It could be any day, you choose! We're a communicative team, we talk about literally everything: Having a doubt on something you're working on? Hop on a zoom call with someone from the team! Whenever we hire someone we say this out loud: We're looking at you more as a team member rather than an intern! We've got people who joined in for a specific role, and now they've taken up 3-4 roles. Our CEO catches up for an hour-long call with every team member once a month and everyone tells him what they love and what they don't (and he tries his best to fix it)!
