Perspective careers

Today's younger generations are more stressed, anxious, and depressed than any other. Therapy is effective but expensive for many. Journaling has always been effective, but it’s a tough habit to build and sustain. After over 20 studies with 200+ participants, we've found a way to make it rewarding & sticky. Our initial focus is on GenZ’s who (are suffering from depression/stress/anxiety) & have tried but failed to build a sustainable journaling habit.
