The Peritus platform is a recommendation engine with two applications: Community Intelligence and the Peritus Assistant. Our primary buyer is a Community Manager reporting to DevRel/Developer Marketing or Customer Support.

Community Intelligence is a SaaS application for community managers and their stakeholders. It provides automated community engagement metrics, member profiles, supportability analysis, hot-spot identification, and competitive benchmarking.

The Peritus Assistant is available for Slack or a Chrome extension. It provides community members with instant recommendations of best answers or experts using continuously ingested trusted content and community conversations.
