Restaurants can receive hundreds of invoices each month from their suppliers. A lot of restaurants still process these manually which is time consuming and prone to errors (either in house or outsourced), or they use some software to help read some of the invoice details. The existing software doesn’t perform all the required tasks, and they have poor accuracy, so they don’t end up saving much time as restaurants still need to check every field and complete remaining tasks. I have created some software to completely automate this for hospitality businesses so the only step they need to perform is to approve the invoices. This is by far the quickest, cheapest and most accurate way of entering the invoices.
