Consumers will be able to list their vehicle interests, with dealers only knowing their screen name and city, and receive active competitive bids from dealers through an auction bidding system with flexible closing times to fit the consumer’s buying time frame. Dealers can also see all the other offers and adjust their offer, get creative and offer variations on vehicles or other offers that competitors might not have. Throughout the process, the customer watches and reviews the offers, then selects the offer they like best. Once the buyer makes their decision, contact info is exchanged between buyer and the dealership.
