Perennial is a DeFi derivatives protocol and structured product primitive created with a deep focus on mechanism design. Perennial uses a no-price-impact trading model and utilization-based funding curve to create a Defi-native version of a perpetual swap. Perennial’s modular infrastructure allows for permissionless creation of highly-optimized markets for any price feed.

We’re a group of crypto-natives who have worked at or advised Coinbase, Polychain, Uniswap, Opyn, VectorDAO, Umami Finance, Sudoswap, and a few other leading projects in DeFi.
