PeopleJoy careers

PeopleJoy is a revenue generating online student loan repayment platform, designed to help employees receive student loan assistance from their employers. Since launching at our first pilot customer in February 2017, PeopleJoy has expanded to paid pilots at 10 businesses. After we successfully proved student loan assistance attracts talent and lowers turnover, our pilot enterprise client agreed to offer our service to all their 3,200 non- union employees. In response to customer demand we also offer financial health coaching.
