• As a key member of our team, you will:
• Liaise with business stakeholders to identify data driven projects and opportunities.

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Growth Platforms across promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing data.
• Lead the development of a unified promotions and offers platform capable of supporting multiple products, channels, customer segments, and promotional mechanics.

• Design, scale, and performance-tune GraphQL APIs, low-latency gRPC services, and SQL queries powering the sportsbook wagering and grading engine, the casino transaction engine, the financial ledger, responsible gaming enforcement, tax enforcement, general regulatory enforcement, promotional records, and risk management, among other things.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities and initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, product, and operational use cases.

• Drive complex infrastructure migrations and projects — scoping, planning, execution, and validation across multiple production environments and jurisdictions
• Build and maintain platform tooling and automation — ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions, release pipelines, and service onboarding workflows that reduce toil for SRE and development teams

• Design, scale, and performance-tune GraphQL APIs, low-latency gRPC services, and SQL queries powering the casino lobby, game launch, and real-money wagering flows
• Own technical problems of the highest scope and complexity, drafting proposals and presenting them to leadership and partner teams for feedback

• Design and evolve GraphQL schemas in a federated graph, including the server-driven UI contracts our mobile and web clients render.

Treat those schemas as a versioned contract shared with released mobile apps: classify breaking changes, coordinate migrations with the iOS, Android, and web leads, and keep generated client models in sync.
Develop, scale, and optimize the GraphQL APIs, RPC endpoints, and SQL queries behind our web surfaces.

• Build, support, and maintain key services that drive our Federated GraphQL API, event-driven architecture, and regulatory compliance tooling
