Freshwater Fund is a seed stage equity fund administered by Pearlbend Ventures focused on investing in application, software, and internet startups based in Mississippi, the Southeast, and (when the fit is right) across the country.

Freshwater is vertically integrated capital that works with startup partners Mantle. Co.working, Inc.ubator, and Labs, giving portfolio companies 360° of assistance. Each founder, team, and idea will be different. We know that because that's what we invest in: unique ideas driven by motivated individuals.
