We are an Integration Platform as a Service with a Software as a Service front-end that connects 401(k) recordkeepers to payroll software. As 401(k) deferrals are deducted from payroll, that information has traditionally been manually transmitted to 401(k) recordkeepers by business owners or HR staff uploading spreadsheets every payroll cycle. By automating this process, Payroll Integrations offers our 401(k) recordkeeper clients a plug and play platform that gives them access to hundreds of supported payroll platforms, including ADP, Paychex, Quickbooks and Paylocity, with no development work necessary. In the past 6 months we have grown considerably, signing contracts with major financial services firms such as Schwab, Transamerica, Mass Mutual, and Empower. We are looking to take outside capital to grow our sales organization and aggressively expand our product offering by adding more integrations and expanding into different verticals.
