We’re building a small, high-ownership team around Pathr and are looking for people who want to have an outsized impact at an early-stage company. Right now, our biggest hiring focus is business development and B2B sales. We’re looking for someone who can help us open doors across the marine industry, build relationships with fleets, marinas, charter operators, dealers, manufacturers, and other potential partners, and turn early conversations into real revenue. We value people who are proactive, resourceful, comfortable working directly with founders, and capable of creating momentum without a large team or established playbook behind them. As Pathr grows, we expect to hire across engineering, growth, partnerships, operations, hardware, and marine data.
