Pathbound is a highly remote, autonomy-first company. We hire people who are self-directed, comfortable working independently, and motivated by clear outcomes rather than constant oversight. We operate with high trust and very few meetings; most coordination happens asynchronously through written updates. There’s minimal formal process by design—people are trusted to manage their own time and approach problems in the way they think is most effective. What matters is delivering high-quality work, not being online at specific hours.
