Patch is a communications tech stack which powers seamless contextual communication for consumer businesses via a SDK (software development kit), which embeds inside consumer apps. Our stack is robust enough to connect with a user on her preferred channel and capture her input either via a voice call (both data and regular mobile), chat message or an actionable push notification. We help product managers to bring communication inside their app's eco-system and open up deep insights which they can use for improving consumer satisfaction, outreach attribution and gratifications.

We are the world's lightest SDK for such a solution and this means we have a very small memory footprint and hence consume much less device battery.
