It's just as easy to do an objective side-by-side comparison of applications to reduce eviction and eliminate any hidden biases. Best of all, landlords and property managers are in control of their responses and communication. We don't share contact info to renters so it is up to the managers to decide when they will reply to an applicant's application. No more replying to 1000 emails and only get 10 responses back.
