Jobs at Partner Element

We’re hiring a founding ML / backend engineer to scale our production system and shape the next generation of our product. You’ll own architecture, data pipelines, and AI features that automate vendor admin work for thousands of employees. Ideal fit: 5–10 years backend experience (Python or Rails), strong with APIs, data integrations, and distributed systems. You ship fast, think in systems, and want meaningful ownership in a company that’s already delivering value.
