• Design and analysis of conventional and complex bridges, culverts, earth retaining structures and other underground structures

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 5+ years of industry experience. Additional relevant experience, training and/or certifications may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
• Java software development skills with experience in back end enterprise application development

• Review, log, and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contractor correspondence.

• Maintain efficient organizational and reporting structures for project personnel.

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test procedures for software-hardware integration, interface validation, sensor data handling, and autonomy module performance
• Perform manual exploratory, functional, regression, and system-level testing in integration labs and hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) environments

• Utilizes BIM related software to develop and manage digital models.

• Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects related to software development, implementation, and upgrades.

• Administer construction contracts for roadway and / or bridge projects to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Manage day to day operations of CEI team ensuring project management plan requirements are met.

• Establishes guidance, direction, and provides program leadership for Parsons efforts on all Construction Management activities.
• Within our Authority as Owner’s Agent, advises on and implements solutions to Program level technical and contractual challenges to maintain construction progress of general contractors.
