This quote was taken from an anonymous and unsolicited Glassdoor 5.0 out of 5.0 review from someone on my team: "Parse.ly has a completely distributed engineering team and they manage it better than any company I’ve ever seen. You have freedom in your schedule and autonomy in your decisions. Management supports engineers to make the right decisions and gives them the freedom to implement their solutions. They have a roadmap that gives direction but they leave the implementation to the engineering team. The regular retreats keep you in touch with your colleagues and make it very much like a family, not in a creepy way. Meetings are kept to a minimum. Benefits are good. Salary is competitive to major markets."
